Position: Officer - HR & Administration

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Officer - HR & Administration to join our team at Prantik Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in the appraisal process.
Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Address employee queries and grievances, providing timely and effective solutions.
Support the HR department in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
Educational Requirements: BBA, MBA in HRM
PGD in HRM will receive extra weight
Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field or position
Additional Requirements:
Age 25 to 30 years
Candidates who don’t have experience in the relevant field do not need to apply for this position.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of labor law
Sound knowledge of payroll management
Sound knowledge of ERP software
